A youthful whinge about the perceived possessive qualities of lovers long since past. I was very insular and involved in my own music around the time this album was written and often felt I was being asked to choose between a relationship and writing music. Music always won, but that didn't stop me from feeling very guilty about it (like some pour localised Woody Allan movie). So much so that there was a female retort, written by me, chastising myself for being such a self aggrandising narcissist...but I cut that bit (leaving it open for Goyte to pursue :) ). The song features the immeasurable talent of Scott "D.I.G" Saunders and Michael "Disco" Di Francesco (Touch Sensitive).
